Logistics- There is no other company with the logistics specialists, systems, or experience we offer. We roll out thousands of systems each month-like clockwork.
Desktops, Notebooks & Workstations- We have delivered thousands of computer systems since 1983 and offer knowledge gained from experience to ensure our customers receive exceptional products, pricing, delivery, set up and service.
Printers- Our team offers experience in sales, delivery, service, support, and warranty care. Western Blue is the first Edgeline (color) Authorized partner in Northern California and maintains SVIP Elite status, which is the highest status available in the MFP/Printer market.
Customer Service Support Desk- We are certified and trained to address customer support requests. Our extensive experience in large-scale projects includes supporting 10,000 + desktops for CMS/CWS program in all 58 counties. We also handle help desk requests from smaller government agencies and corporate customers.
Asset Management, Chain of Custody & RFID- For more than 10 years, we have provided Web-based asset services for key state customers. We understand the state's processes and requirements and are security certified to apply state asset tags.
Warranty Administration- Our experienced staff makes this important process seamless.
Project Management- The success we share with our customers rests on the extensive preplanning, collaboration and phased scheduling we go through on each project.
Imaging- Our imaging processes are finely tuned, allowing us to image hundreds of computers every day.
Consultative Sales for Major Manufactures- Rather than selling, we work collaboratively with each customer to create efficient, cost-effective solution. Our consultative approach ensures our customers get exactly what they need at a fair price.
Equipment Removal & Recycling- Our logistics system includes removing and wiping data from old equipment. We have well-established relationships with local recycling facilities for all packaging and old equipment.
